As a Vice President—Senior Loss Prevention Counsel at ALAS, Rawn Reinhard advises and presents on loss prevention issues.
In addition to being available by telephone to consult on specific issues, Rawn is an enthusiastic presenter on a wide range of loss prevention topics. Rawn is available for in-person and videoconference presentations to attorneys generally, to firm administrative professionals (including special training for conflicts analysts), to practice groups, and to new associates. Rawn also writes articles for the ALAS Loss Prevention Journal and edits the ALAS Schadenfreude Diaries.
Before joining ALAS, Rawn was a partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, where he advised on and litigated a wide range of business matters. Prior to Neal Gerber, Rawn was a partner at Ungaretti & Harris LLP (now a part of Nixon Peabody LLP). He began his career as law clerk to a federal appellate judge and as an associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
