As the Solution Design Manager in the Data Insights & Analytics team, Julian Cagadas leads technology innovations that help member firms conduct research, find resources, and obtain CLE credits. Combining legal training with technology, knowledge management, business analysis, process improvement, and project management, Julian works closely with ALAS stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance the internal and external client experience.
Julian facilitates alignment with ALAS technology strategy and plays a large role in driving ALAS to the next level of technology implementation by translating the needs of ALAS personnel and member firms into specific technologies and methods.
Before joining ALAS, he worked at Elevate Services, an Alternative Legal Services Provider that consults and provides technology solutions for law firms and law departments. In this role, he was a project management strategist, supporting client adoption for legal technology implementations. He is a former U.S. Air Force officer and previously worked as a Chicago law enforcement academy instructor and a financial analyst at Accenture.
Julian plays golf in his free time and is a member of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, which assists and educates veterans in finding a home.
