Claudia helps lawyers and law firms develop strategies to prevent or reduce their exposure to professional liability, management liability, and employment practices claims. Claudia also delivers presentations to their lawyers and staff and conducts firm compliance reviews on topics related to professional responsibility, lawyer liability, and firm liability.
Claudia has more than two decades of experience as both a litigation partner and in-house counsel. As a litigation partner, she handled a range of claims, including commercial, employment, insurance, professional liability, fraud, and other business tort claims. As in-house counsel for a publicly traded company, she was responsible for managing corporate litigation and employment, compliance, and regulatory matters. She also regularly advised senior management. Throughout her career, Claudia led various diversity and inclusion initiatives.
In her free time, Claudia enjoys playing tennis and coaching soccer.
