Caitlin Cakora oversees all aspects of invoicing and claims reimbursement to member firms and supports member firms directly and indirectly via matter analytics and reporting. She is a data savvy expert in the legal space with an understanding of the work that firms do and the data they generate.
Caitlin serves a key role in managing, developing, and using ALAS’s claims software and data infrastructure. She facilitates member firm support in collaboration with ALAS’s loss prevention, underwriting, member services, and data insights and analytics teams—particularly in preparation for ALAS conferences. She also manages quality assurance for both data and invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate administration of claim payments.
Before joining ALAS in 2021, Caitlin held paralegal roles in Chicago-based boutiques and international firms. She has experience in litigation and transaction teams across several practice areas, most recently in franchise law. In addition to her paralegal certificate, she also holds a Master of Library and Information Science, which gives her an academic foundation for her role in managing member firm data.
