Brittney is the Vice President of Operations and Programming at ALAS. She collaborates with leadership to enhance business operations and strategies in support of providing best-in-class service to ALAS membership. Brittney provides leadership and project management oversight to a diverse portfolio of company initiatives, primarily focusing on driving cross-departmental efficiencies. Notably, Brittney has a leading role managing the ALAS office relocation project and the redesign and implementation of the ALAS website and member portal.
Brittney has held progressively more responsible positions during her time at ALAS, most recently as the Director of Events and Communications. During her time in the role, Brittney was key in establishing the events department and built a reputation for excellence. She continues to oversee the Events and Communications team, providing strategic direction on company-wide programming and communication initiatives.
Prior to joining ALAS in 2013, Brittney coordinated fundraising events at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
