Blair M. Warner is Senior Counsel in ALAS’s Member Services Department. Blair works on member firm recruitment and retention through new firm underwriting and renewal.
Blair helps members navigate insurance coverage inquiries related to ALAS’s LPL and MLI/EPLI liability policies and related issues arising from member firm operations. This includes addressing issues related to merger transactions, lateral hiring, and firm and practice area expansion. She also works closely with attorneys from other ALAS departments to facilitate loss prevention programming and other member support issues.
Prior to joining ALAS in 2024, Blair practiced at White & Case LLP, where she advised clients in all aspects of complex corporate reorganization and restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy-related litigation, distressed asset situations, and out-of-court restructurings across various industries. She was also involved in firm recruiting and summer program efforts. Before joining White & Case, Blair was an associate at Sidley Austin LLP.
